This week, Comparably released its first annual ‘Best Global Company Culture’ list, highlighting the top 50 highest-rated workplaces for corporate culture within the pool of those with over 500 employees.
The ratings, which were anonymously submitted by current employees at the firms, took feedback from the past 12 months – taking into account how many companies have dealt with the coronavirus pandemic and assessed worker wellbeing in the process.
According to the methodology presented by Comparably, around 20 different workplace culture categories were measured, including the likes of compensation, leadership, work-life balance, professional development opportunities, and also perks and benefits.
Number one on the list of 50 top firms was tech giant Google, with a 4.7 out of five (or A+) score from employees, and an 85% approval rating.
