What has HR learned from the pandemic year?

Yesterday marked one year since the first lockdown was announced in the UK in response to the coronavirus crisis. 

On March 23, 2020, Prime Minister Boris Johnson outlined strict lockdown measures to help curb the spread of the virus.  

This saw non-essential shops close, and many employees move to homeworking, among other things.  

For HR, there were a lot of new things for the function to oversee and a lot of areas that were impacted by the virus and subsequent lockdown restrictions.
