BrewDog encourages staff to 'take some time out'

Employee wellbeing continues to be a hot topic for HR leaders, with more businesses then ever sharing new initiatives on how they aim to support staff, particularly as remote work remains in place.

Last year, Channel 4 shared a snapshot of items it gifted staff to show that they were “thinking of them”, while Kellogg’s helped to promote a positive culture by sending its remote staff branded face masks to remind them that they are “one big Kellogg company”.

And now the brewery and pub chain BrewDog has revealed that it wants employees “to take some time out to relax” with a new care package that has been sent to them, while also encouraging staff to take part in the firm’s best companies survey.

Sharing the initiative on LinkedIn, Fiona Hunter, Head of People at BrewDog, wrote: “We’re encouraging the BrewDog crew to take some time out to relax and reflect on their experiences working here.”
