Reason why pronoun badges are being offered to staff

O2 is giving its employees the ability to express their gender identity by allowing employees to add pronouns to their badges.

The option will be given to those working in stores once retail outlets are open again next month, while employees outside of store roles will be able to share their pronouns on email signatures if they wish.
