CEO says staff won't go back to office 'full-time'

Consumer goods firm Unilever is the latest company to reveal that employees will never have to return to the office full-time.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, working life has changed beyond all recognition as employees have been forced to work from home to help curb the spread of the virus.

This has led to an increase in staff wanting to continue working from home, even once restrictions are lifted and the pandemic has eased.

In fact, data shared by Wade Macdonald recently revealed that over 80% of workers are reluctant to return to the office full-time post-pandemic.
