Volunteering boosts staff in lockdown, study finds

A new report called the Value of Volunteering has revealed the benefits of supporting and encouraging staff to participate in volunteering efforts.

According to the research, employers that support their staff to volunteer in schools and colleges has found that employees who participate are more motivated, more productive and have a better sense of wellbeing.

Funded by the Bank of America, the research examined the effect on professionals of volunteering in schools and colleges and the parallel benefits to employers.

Whilst physical participation may not currently be attainable, the data found that there are currently many other ways to benefit this community for workers.
