Top HR tips for helping employees return to work in 2021

Getting back into the swing of things in the New Year is a challenge that many employees face after downing tools for the Christmas period.

Yet, with many employees continuing to work from home in light of the coronavirus crisis and local lockdown restrictions, it is possible that many will find the return to work more challenging this year.

In fact, several people have already taken to Twitter this morning sharing that they are returning to their makeshift desks after the Christmas break, with one adding that getting up before “11 was an interesting experience”.

One joked that they didn't know what they did at work or what passwords were, while others shared photos of their furry friends who they would be working next to.
