Since workforces moved to homeworking arrangements at the start of the coronavirus crisis, employers have come up with creative ways to keep staff connected and promote a positive remote culture.
Several months into the pandemic, the firm Gazprom Energy hosted a talent competition dubbed ‘Gazprom Energy’s Got Talent’ which allowed staff to showcase their unique skills.
Taking to LinkedIn, the firm explained that it had hosted a company-wide talent competition where employees could showcase their talents and be in with the chance of bagging a prize.
