The CIPD recently published a new report that looks to set out the key trends that will have a significant impact on the future world of work, and the impact that these trends will have on the HR sector.
The report, titled People Profession 2030: A collective view of future trends, combines findings from the CIPD’s People Profession 2030 Hackathon and data sourced from roundtables with senior HR leaders, all of which took place earlier this year.
By identifying what the CIPD calls ‘external drivers of change’ the report looked into the impact that several factors (listed below) will have on the HR profession and the skills and capabilities of people professionals.
