IKEA & Booking.com | Most inclusive employers in Europe REVEALED

The Financial Times (FT) has published its second annual Diversity Leaders ranking which identifies Europe’s most inclusive employers – as ranked by staff members.

According to the publication, a survey of more than 100,000 employees from 15,000 employers was conducted by Statista and looked into staff perspectives of companies' inclusion, or the efforts made by organisation’s to promote various aspects of diversity in the workplace.

This was said to include the following: openness to all forms of sexual orientation, race and ethnicity, disability and age and gender balance.

French food retailer, Biocoop, topped this year’s ranking, with the German chipmaker, Infineon, and travel firm Booking.com following closely behind.
