To attract prospective talent to an available role at the firm, Burton’s Biscuit Company created a unique TikTok video to help it find its next brand manager.
Taking to LinkedIn, Sonya Gonzalez Mier, Marketing Manager at Burton’s Biscuit Company – which has iconic brands such as Maryland Cookies and Jammie Dodgers in its portfolio – shared a link to the TikTok clip in her post.
“Everyone talks about being down with the cool kids, but have you ever done a TikTok to find your next Brand Manager?” she wrote.
