'Insufficient postage' | Staff could choose to pay for own redundancy letter

Receiving the news that you are about to be made redundant is never easy for any employee to digest, similarly, having to deliver the news is no easy task for an employer either.

However, one organisation has made this news particularly difficult to swallow, after staff at The Guardian newspaper were told they might have to foot the bill for the postage for their own redundancy letter.
