Flexibility & WFH spark employee job searches

Over half (53%) of UK workers plan to make career changes within the next year due to the coronavirus crisis, new research has found.

The data from Aviva’s How We Live Report unearthed that the desire for flexibility in a role was the most popular career aspiration in light of the pandemic.

In addition, the study found that ten per cent of workers want to find a new role that will allow them to work from home in the next 12 months.

When broken down by geographic area, the desire to work from home was most keenly felt in London where one in six workers intended to find roles that allowed them to work from home more often.
