Since remote working became the ‘new normal’ for many workers across the UK, technology has paved the way to finding a balance between productivity and communication.
Many have found that normal day-to-day conversations and meetings can still take place, albeit in a slightly different format, over platforms such as Slack, and Microsoft Teams.
However, as businesses look to secure their long-term future in the ‘new normal’, a new study of 2,800 people from the UK, USA, Canada and Australia by Adaptavist has discovered that technology is still a key barrier for many.
