Work perks have always played an important role in the workplace and have been a key way for employers and HR to attract, retain and engage talent.
In fact, previous research from EBRI found that 78% of employees claim that work perks are an extremely important part of their decision when applying for a new job.
Elsewhere, a Willis Towers Watson study found that 75% of employees are more likely to stay with an organisation because of their benefits package.
Given that work perks can have such a huge influence on talent attraction, engagement and retention, it is crucial that HR leaders consider this as a priority.
