Working from home can be a challenge at the best of times.

From difficulties with technology, struggles with switching off after work and the lack of physical interaction with colleagues, there are many things that employees may feel challenged by when working from home.

This coupled with hot weather can make the struggles of working at home all the more difficult, particularly if employees don’t have a cool and airy space to work in.

The UK is set to see record-breaking temperatures today – that could rise above 37C in London and the South East, according to the Evening Standard – therefore it is possible that remote staff including HR may struggle to work productively.
