With temperatures set to soar to scorching highs of 35C in some parts of the UK today, employees will likely find working during the heatwave challenging.

According to the Evening Standard, forecasters have predicted that some parts of the UK will be hotter than the likes of Ibiza, Lisbon and Berlin and this gives rise to questions around how HR can manage staff during the heat and what responsibility employers have to workers.
