Huge number of UK staff 'hate their job' - why?

New research commissioned by the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) has found that three million British workers hate their job and feel trapped in it.

The study of 2,000 employed adults found that one in ten actively dislike their job, citing boredom, colleagues and a lack of praise as the main reasons, SWNS Digital reported.

March 2020 ONS data said that estimates for November 2019 to January 2020 show a record 32.99million people aged 16 and over in employment.

Therefore, one-tenth of the current UK working population would translate to circa three million people.
