Ruth Penfold has spent the past few years building technology businesses from a People standpoint (Shazam and Onfido) is now working with Launchpad, BP’s new business builder. Powered by plants, water and joy, Ruth believes passionately in the emerging role of People people within businesses, and sees a huge opportunity to help businesses tap into creating the right environments for the people of tomorrow, whilst retaining the people for today.
