Most common unethical work behaviours

No matter how much an employer tries to stamp out competition among employees, there’s no denying that corporate hierarchy still takes place.

However, during this time where professionals are encouraged to behave nicely towards one another, could this incite more underhanded tactics in the workplace?

It seems this could be the case. According to a survey carried out by Zety of over 1,000 employees, the company discovered that while most professionals agreed that certain actions could be deemed unacceptable, many were also found guilty of them.

Respondents were quizzed on which ethically dubious behaviours are most common at work, and whether they had engaged in questionable professional conduct or had seen a colleague do so.
