Work worries | Over 50% of staff afraid of losing their job

The coronavirus outbreak is an anxiety-inducing time for both employers and employees for many reasons.

From concerns about the future of work, the prospect of having a job in a few months’ time and receiving the same salary each month, this pandemic has caused a lot of uncertainty.

New research from Glassdoor has found that over half (53%) of employees are afraid of losing their jobs in the near future.

When broken down into geographic location, 59% of employees living in both London and Birmingham are afraid of losing their jobs.
