Job candidates must deal with 'grumpy' colleagues

In a job advert, it is common for HR, hiring managers and recruiters to outline the various qualities that they want from a job candidate.

These requirements would be tailored to the role but generally may include traits such as being punctual, the ability to meet deadlines and the ability to juggle responsibilities.

But, it is uncommon to find a job advert that comes with a stark warning before the candidate has even taken on a new role.

Yet, a recent job ad posted by the makers of Jeremy Clarkson’s The Grand Tour came with a stark warning that told successful candidates they would have to deal with ‘grumpy’ individuals.
