A freelance writer has hit out at HR likening the function to ‘cops without guns’ in a recent Twitter post.
User @nthnashma took to the social networking platform explaining that after a brutal rejection for a full-time role, he asked the hiring manager for some feedback that he could use to help him in future.
“They just straight up told me that people don’t want to hire people who have worked freelance for long stretches of time because we seem noncommittal lol (sic),” the jobseeker explained in a post.
Recruiters also regularly discard applications after the first week (or day potentially) because they only want people who are "committed" or "go getters". They also regularly use myers briggs and other shit to make decisions. Terrible people tbh
