Three-quarters of Brits have admitted to using their employer’s printing facilities to print off items unrelated to their role, new research has found.
As a result, Cartridge Save’s study revealed that office workers could be costing small businesses an average of £4,250 per year for printing personal items at work.
With the average employee printing out 11 pages of personal information, at a cost of five pence per page, this translated to £85 over the course of the year.

Additionally, the research indicated that personal printing could be a daily occurrence, with 38% of office workers stating that they print personal items off up to five times per week.
