Following tensions between employees and management, Google’s HR head has decided to step down from her role, Business Insider reported.
Eileen Naughton, Head of Human Resources at the tech giant, will stay on at Google, however, at the moment it isn’t clear which role she will be moving to.
In a statement she said: “I'm at the very beginning of the process, and wanted to let everyone know up front, as I'll be working with Sundar and Ruth to find a great leader for the People Operations team.”
She added that she was still in the process of stepping down and that no replacement has been announced yet.
