Concerns over finances and whether there will be enough money for the month to cover the costs of living is a worry that many Brits have to contend with.
According to Close Brothers’ Financial Wellbeing Index 2019, 94% of employees admitted to worrying about money, with three quarters (77%) stating that money worries impact them at work.
In addition, the same study discovered that almost nine in ten employers (88%) believe staff worry about money, 86% to the extent that it affects their performance at work.
These statistics are ringing true with Lloyds Bank staff as a recent internal survey found that one-third of employees are struggling financially.
