Jobseekers don't trust recruiters

More than half (56%) of candidates don’t trust recruiters to add value to fuel their job search, new research has found.

According to research from Zoek, a third of the candidates surveyed felt that a recruiters main priority was maximising commissions and pushing as many candidates as possible through the hiring process, without considering their suitability to a role.
