Hiding details from employers in an interview is normal behaviour from job candidates.
While candidates may try to cover up the real reason they were let go from their previous role, jobseekers are often told that honesty is the best policy. Employers and hiring managers alike may encourage candidates to be truthful in interviews but it seems that some employers are ‘sneakily’ concealing important information from jobseekers, which could impact their chances of getting the job.
