Only 1 in 3 HR leaders ready for change

Advancements in technology have caused many businesses to fear what this will mean for the future of work; will it mean jobs will be lost to robots or will it increase competition in the market?

These worries are also plaguing HR leaders across the board, as new research has confirmed that HR leaders are unprepared when it comes to their organisation’s transformation.

This is according to a new study by HR People + Strategy and Wills Towers Watson, which surveyed 500 executives, while also examining the key changes shaping the HR leader role.

The study discovered that because work is constantly evolving, training and development can no longer be considered episodic events, and will instead need constant reskilling, reported Workplace Insight.
