Employee sent 'more than 100 creepy text messages'

Interacting with colleagues and customers is a key part of an employee’s job, meaning that staff should be aware of how to act in a professional manner and communicate appropriately.

One staff member, however, has ignored the importance of remaining professional at all times. An American Airlines employee took a passenger’s number from her luggage tag, before following her onto a flight. 

According to the Daily Mail, the worker who is identified as Ahmad went on to bombard passenger Ashley Barno with more than 100 text messages, a lawsuit has alleged.

It has been reported that Ahmad told Barno that she was ‘gorgeous in her gray top (sic)’ and told her that he found out her name, phone number and address from the information on her carry-on bag.
