Smoking is a lifestyle choice that divides the nation of workers. Some employees pop out of the office a few times a day for a smoke break and some don’t and this can sometimes cause ructions among teams.
To incentivise smokers to quit and to compensate for the smoke break time that non-smoking staff lose out on, one training company boss has introduced a new policy rewarding his non-smoking employees with an extra four days of annual leave.
