Discrimination | Domino's worker lost his job after racial slur

Promoting a culture of diversity and inclusion is a top priority for HR leaders today, as more and more employees place a focus on a diverse workforce.

This is supported by stats, as a previous Glassdoor survey revealed that 67% of jobseekers consider workplace diversity an important factor when considering employment opportunities, while more than 50% of current employees want their organisation to do more to increase diversity.

While more is being done to support a diverse working environment, discrimination within the workplace is still being experienced by many.

This is true with a recent case that hit headlines, where a man lost his job at a Wrexham branch of Domino’s after writing a racial slur at the bottom of a pizza box he gave to a colleague.
