Employer swaps Christmas do for office conference

Some employees are not a fan of the traditional Christmas party – for example in 2018 Perkbox revealed in its survey of 1,000 UK workers that 29% of staff dislike the seasonal bash.

It went on to reveal that 34% of workers dread the Christmas do because they don’t want to socialise with colleagues; 30% said they find the event too cliquey and 27% claimed that they don’t like organised fun.
