Lloyd’s of London has recently issued a Guide to Trans and non-Binary Inclusion as part of a cultural overhaul following a detrimental string of sexual harassment scandals – The Guardian reported.
The 29-page document is sought to promote the inclusion of trans and non-binary people, providing advice and resources for those in the sector who strive to create a “stable emotional work environment” for trans and non-binary colleagues.
