The New Year is always a popular time for employees to switch jobs.

According to Top Resume, January and February are good months to switch jobs because this is a time when employers are likely to receive updated budgets to hire new talent and company execs have a better idea of the type of recruits they need to succeed throughout the year.

For those that are looking for a new career challenge at a company where corporate culture is a priority, new Glassdoor research has unveiled the best places to work in the UK in 2020.

Google (rating 4.5), Equal Experts (rating 4.5) and Salesforce (rating 4.5) ranked top in the job site’s Top Ten Best Places to Work in the UK for 2020 in its annual Employee’s Choice Awards.
