Why employee experience is key to commercial success

Eight in ten organisations believe that creating a positive employee experience is the key to commercial success, according to new research from Kincentric’s 2019 Global Employee Experience Report.

Despite its importance, the research indicated that UK businesses are currently struggling to create a clear and compelling employee experience strategy.

With the current political uncertainty in the UK and a global ‘talent war’ reducing viable candidates in hiring, it’s now essential that employers get to grips with the concept of delivering a carefully curated employee experience.  

The study revealed that two out of three businesses are unclear on how to deliver a positive employee experience, whilst 79% believe that creating such an experience directly correlates with improved business performance.
