With almost 100,000 employees worldwide, Google’s HR strategy must be extremely well-considered, constantly innovating and bulletproof in maintaining top employee wellbeing at the burgeoning tech giant.
As such, when Google’s former Head of HR issued a stark warning to business owners and leadership teams, it’s probably a good idea to heed his words.
Laszlo Bock, who gained a wide perspective of HR in his 10-year stint as a Senior Vice-President with Google (between 2006 and 2016), grew the company’s workforce massively from just 6,000 to 76,000 and spearheaded the upscaling management process almost entirely himself.
