Most workers and employees probably think that sleeping at work is a no-no but, more often than not it is probably healthy that workers are grabbing forty winks around their job.
This could be because employers are getting savvy to the need for employees to be well-rested. Lack of sleep for most developed nations equates to a loss of two per cent of GDP.
High-performing firms like Google are even building spaces for workers to sleep at the office.

The Silicon Valley firm has sleep pods at work for employees to nap in. Nike also offers spaces for employees to sleep or meditate and Procter & Gamble (P&G) has adjustable lighting to help employees wind down in the evening.
