Following months of global protests from the likes of Extinction Rebellion and activists such as Greta Thunberg, many employers have turned their attention to how they can be more environmentally friendly and sustainable, particularly after recognising that this not only helps the planet but it is a huge selling point for prospective talent.
New research from Glassdoor has unveiled the highest paying jobs that are available to those employees seeking a climate-conscious career path.
Chief Scientific Officer (£146,329), Special Representatives for Climate Change (£138,579) and Director of Sustainability (£85,771) topped the chart as the highest-paying jobs for climate-conscious individuals.
