In the workplace, employees are obliged to follow certain rules to ensure that the working environment is as harmonious as possible.
These rules may be to avoid the use of mobile phones during working hours or to refrain from eating as desks for hygiene purposes; whatever the reason may be, employees are expected to follow these rules if they have been set in stone.
It seems, however, that a ‘minority of colleagues’ at the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) have been accused of disruptive behaviour, reported the Metro.

In a letter written to staff on the watchdog’s internal intranet, Georgina Philippou, Chief Operating Officer (COO), said she was ‘appalled’ by the recent spate of ‘bad behaviour’ that alleged employees have been stealing plants, overflowing bins and defecating on the floor.
