Rentokil, Salesforce and Metro Bank topped Glassdoor’s list of employers offering the best interview experience to job candidates.

With the average interview process lasting 27 days for the average candidate, Glassdoor analysed the job interview reviews on its site to reveal those companies boasting the best interview experience.

Rentokil, who ranked top, scored a 97% positive interview experience with one employee writing: “Excellent. Very professional and streamlined. Loved the experience of the trial morning. Both interviews were friendly and relaxed.”

Salesforce and Metro Bank followed closely behind with 92% and 82% positive interview experiences respectively.
