When employees get paid, it is common that their attention will immediately turn to how they are going to spend their small fortune, whether it is on a holiday or going straight towards paying the bills.
For this reason, many would assume that they would be eager to check they have been paid the correct amount.
Yet, new research has revealed that almost a third (31%) of UK employees fail to check their payslips on a regular basis.
Despite failing to check payslips, the research from IRIS Software Group revealed that one in seven employees are concerned about the accuracy of their paycheque – which should provide them with more reason to check.
