Chinese tech firm Huawei has come under fire recently, after an open letter detailing the company’s self-described ‘wolf culture’ surfaced on an internal messaging board.
The letter alleged that executives are covering up the full extent of extra work and overtime that is going on within the business, reported Yahoo! Finance.
The memo, which was written by Hu Ling, a member of the HR team at Huawei’s elite 2012 Lab Research Unit, detailed feelings of dissatisfaction and distrust developing in teams.
The letter went on to reveal that the HR team were among the least trusted within the organisation.
