Staff don't want to admit where they work

New research has found that more than a third (34%) of workers would be too embarrassed to admit the name of the organisation that they work for in certain situations.

The research, commissioned by Vevox, found that employees take their employer’s ethics and branding very seriously.

In fact, what the business does is apparently so important to employees that more than half (52%) of UK staff have left a job over disagreement with what their employer does.

Over two-thirds (68%) said that they wouldn’t accept a job with a higher salary if the company had brand values that they didn’t respect.
