Red eyes & hunched backs | The future of work for office staff

Working in an office environment can take its toll on employees if they sit in a chair or are hunched over a desk for up to eight hours with little exercise throughout the working day.

So much so that a new report has revealed what the office worker of the future will look like if changes to work environments are not made.

The Work Colleague of the Future report, conducted by office equipment supplier Fellowes, shared details of permeant hunched backs, varicose veins and red eyes if changes are not implemented soon, reported The Telegraph and Argus.

It also stated that more than 90% of UK office workers suffering from work-related issues have more difficulty doing their job.
