Engagement | HR ranked 2nd most productive profession

HR and recruitment have been ranked as the second most productive UK professions, according to new research.

The study, which was conducted by Workthere and surveyed 2,000 UK office workers, found that 35% of workers within this field felt that they retained the same level of productivity throughout the working day while some workers in this sector recalled feeling most productive between 10am and 11am.

When breaking down the weekdays on a day-to-day basis, Wednesday was ranked as the most productive day (25%), with Monday (15%) and Tuesday (10%) closely following behind.

The study also delved into the motivations of HR and recruitment workers to find out what made them enthusiastic to get up for work.
