In a bid to tackle a subject that may be considered taboo, Channel 4 has shared details of its first menopause policy, the first known among UK media companies.
Designed to coincide with World Menopause Day on Friday October 18 2019, the policy will support employees experiencing menopausal symptoms, while providing guidance to colleagues and line managers about how they can be supportive to those transitioning through it, the company has said in a press release.
