Do you work in the UK's most dangerous region?

New statistics have shone a light on the most dangerous regions to work in the UK – based on the number of casualties and fatal workplace accidents since 2013.

The data compiled by specialist injury lawyer, Hudgell Solicitors, found that workers in the West Midlands suffered the most fatal injuries in England and Wales since 2013.

Staffordshire, Worcestershire and Warwickshire have suffered a collective 74 workplace injuries resulting in deaths – which is more than any other UK region.

The North West ranked second with 73 fatalities, with Yorkshire and the Humber (72), the South West (66) and the South East (65) tailing closely behind.
