Almost three in four (73%) business leaders cited company culture as the single most important contributor to corporate success, new research has found.
The Juicy Fruit Two report from B+A found that culture was the most important factor for struggling businesses, ahead of client or consumer relationships (18%), or the quality or performance of the product or service (13%).
While 82% of business leaders had actively invested in the corporate culture, 60% of leaders said that they weren’t doing enough, blaming lack of financial resources and time for the delay.
