HR professionals are well-versed in how they can support employees, improve wellbeing and adjust learning & development to benefit everyone in the workplace, as such never before has the profession needed to evolve and grow.
With new developments coming into effect in the workplace, including new technologies and apps, it’s crucial that HR leaders become the ‘architects of experience’.
According to a recently published LinkedIn article penned by Founder and Chief Experience Officer of the World Employee Experience Institute (WEEI), Ben Whitter, he believes that now is the time for HR to become ‘experience architects’.
He wrote: “HR has a golden opportunity to become the architects of experience. Rather than let circumstances and challenges dictate our approach, with this mindset, we can make any situation a part of our grand design to deliver exceptional business and human outcomes.”
